*Onboarding meetings are booked up to 2 weeks in advance and are on a first come first serve basis. If you miss your onboarding meeting, please reach out to support for assistance with setting up a new meeting. 

 

Note: Please make sure you have invited Dandy to your subscribed review sites for each location prior to your Onboarding Appointment. Please see Invite Dandy to Your Review Sites.

 

Onboarding Process:

    1. Sign in to your Dandy Dashboard: Your sign-in information is in your "Welcome Email." You should have received your "Welcome Email" after you signed up. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you haven't received it yet.

    2. Review your negative reviews: By default, Dandy will automatically challenge all 1 and 2 star reviews loaded into your account. If there are any reviews you do not want Dandy to challenge, select "Do Not Challenge" on the 'To Challenge' section of your reviews page.

    3. Using the Review Creation System: Dandy's Review Creation allows you to streamline your favorite customers directly to your review site of your choice, to gather that positive feedback. Use helpful filters to track the progress of your incoming reviews and easily send different reviews requests by location.
