How do I check the status of my reviews?

Review Status

Google, Yelp!, Facebook, and TripAdvisor can take a long time to respond back to us on updates, sometimes up to 30 days per challenge. Naturally, we want to know as soon as possible. 

We promise that as soon as Dandy does hear from your review sites, we update our system and let you know by email immediately. 

You can always check on your own too:

  1. Login to Dandy - https://app.getdandy.com/
  2. Go to "In Challenge Sequence"
  3. Check out the Statuses of our efforts by pressing the +More button in the bottom right corner of each review.

Here are the descriptions of the Statuses

Status

Description

Request in progress We are analyzing your reviews and our legal team is preparing our challenge intervention for the review sites. Soon, we will send the challenge to the review sites.
Review Challenge Sent We have challenged your review with the review site and are awaiting their response. We challenge reviews by preparing a demand letter and an electronic challenge.
Analyzing Response We have received some correspondence from the review site regarding your review and are analyzing this information and working directly with the review site on your behalf.
Preparing Escalated Review Challenge This escalated approach is a higher degree of intervention. We have already prepared our review challenge, it has been received by the review site and they have asked us for more information.
Escalated Challenge Sent This escalated approach is a higher degree of intervention. We have already prepared our review challenge, it has been received by the review site and they have asked us for more information. We have prepared an additional challenge to the review site to help remove this review and have sent it to the review site
Analyzing Response We have received some correspondence from the review site regarding your review and are analyzing this information and working directly with the review site on your behalf.
